When will I receive my order?

It depends on the chosen shipping company and the delivery agent. We provide a group of shipping agents based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.

Is there delivery outside of the country?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to a few cities specified on the delivery page. You can request delivery outside of the country from the store team via WhatsApp by providing them with information on the weight of the product and rates for international freight forwarders that are not currently registered with the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

You must read the return policy to know the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a defect in the product, it has been agreed to return the shipping cost, which will be calculated by the company, and the freight will be returned to the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders, and there is a discount ranging from 10-20% on some products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about the quantities.
